El lunes 3 de febrero está previsto que el ministro de Desarrollo Social de la Nación, Daniel Arroyo, entregue -con la presencia de Néstor Grindetti- unas diez mil Tarjetas Alimentar a Lanús, en el marco del programa Argentina contra el Hambre. Dos días después, los concejales debatirán en sesión extraordinaria el proyecto de ordenanza que establece su uso y control para evitar abusos.
Después de la reunión de la semana pasada con el intendente, los ediles discutirán los últimos detalles del proyecto de ordenanza para hacer un seguimiento y control de la Tarjeta Alimentar, expediente que se prevé tratar en sesión extraordinaria el 5 de febrero.
La ordenanza crea el programa de seguimiento y control de uso de tarjetas sociales destinado a la articulación, capacitación y control de la aplicación de los medios de pago en comercios para garantizar un eficiente y correcto uso como así también proteger a los beneficiarios.
Faculta también al Municipio al dictado de charlas y talleres de capacitación sobre condiciones de uso, operativos de control en comercios, recepción de denuncias, entre otras acciones para lograr un efectivo cumplimiento del programa que todavía están sujetas a modificación.
El objetivo de la reunión con los concejales es consensuar el mejor proyecto y definir las correctas acciones para evitar abusos por parte de los comercios.
Así, la semana que viene el distrito contará con el beneficio de la Tarjeta Alimentar y la ordenanza que controle su uso. Cabe destacar que el plástico está destinado a la compra de alimentos, excepto bebidas alcohólicas, y no permite extraer dinero. La reciben madres y padres con niños y niñas menores de 6 años con Asignación Universal por Hijo (AUH), embarazadas a partir de los 3 meses que reciben la Asignación por Embarazo, y personas con discapacidad que reciben AUH. Tiene dos montos: 4000 pesos para familias con un hijo o hija y 6.000 pesos dos o más, que se recargan el tercer viernes de cada mes.
En la provincia de Buenos Aires se distribuirán un total de 557.000 tarjetas, lo que implica una asistencia que alcanzará a un millón de niños y una inyección de 2.830 millones de pesos mensuales en el mercado local, según indicaron desde Desarrollo Social.
